What does it take to build a culture where young people thrive, on the court, in the classroom, and in life?
NDSU Head Men's Basketball Coach David Richman is coming to Watford City to share his approach in "Building a Culture of Success," an evening message and conversation for parents, coaches, teachers, and community members.
Coach Richman will talk about building a culture that is Tough, Together, and Transparent, and why your "how" matters more than your "what."
Whether you're raising a student, coaching a team, leading a classroom, or simply invested in the next generation, you'll leave with practical ideas for creating an environment where success is built on character and consistency.
When: Sunday, October 11, 6:00–7:00 pm
Where: Roughrider Center Convention Hall, Watford City, ND
Parents of students in grades 7–12 are especially encouraged to attend, and all members of the community are welcome.
Please note: due to NCAA recruitment rules, students and student-athletes are not permitted to attend. This will be strictly enforced at the door.
