Days: Tuesdays & Thursdays

Time: Level 1-3 4:00-4:30pm, Level 4-6 4:35-5:05pm

Age: participants must be at least 4 years of age

Location: Rough Rider Center Aquatics Center 

Fee: $55 Registration

Level 1 – Introduction to Water Skills 💦 Splash time! Your little one gets their first taste of the water, learning to float, glide, and bob with a helping hand. It's all about building comfort and confidence — the essential first step toward becoming a water-safe kid.

Level 2 – Fundamental Aquatic Skills 🌊 Watch them go solo! Kids float on their own, swim 5 body lengths, and even roll from front to back like a pro. This is where independent swimming really begins.

Level 3 – Stroke Development 🏊 Time to swim like a champ! Kids pick up the front crawl and backstroke basics, try out scissor and dolphin kicks, learn the survival float, and take their first headfirst plunge from a seated position.

Level 4 – Stroke Improvement 🚀 Get ready to level up! Strokes get stronger, distances get longer, and breaststroke, butterfly, and sidestroke enter the mix. Kids also master two exciting headfirst dives. Fair warning: this level's a big one, so don't sweat it if it takes a couple tries!

Level 5 – Stroke Refinement ⭐ Polish those strokes! Swimmers fine-tune all six strokes, swim farther, learn new safety skills, and nail flip turns. The bar is higher — and so is the payoff.

Level 6 – Fitness Swimmer 🏆 The final lap! Swimmers sharpen technique, build water fitness, and put every safety skill to the test with tougher distance and technique goals. Swim strong, swim smart!
